Leadership and Empowerment

EYW several times a year provides a platform for young people to gain skills and confidence in life skills. From leadership programs to community musical showcase events EYW is a hub of activity.  Issues of identity, well being, & self esteem are elements that we foster and promote. Mentors from the wider community are enlisted to support and guide members to refocus their lives in a positive direction. Appropriate programs are then needed to help implement and put into practice those principles that have been learn. EYW strives to interlock all its services to provide a holistic, developmental and professional growth for all those enrolled in its programs.
